The project includes modifications to the existing City of Moscow Southeast Booster Station. Specific improvements include: 1. An onsite chlorine generation and injection system. 2. A new magnetic flow meter installed in a vault outside the booster station. 3. A new motor control center. 4. A new variable frequency drive for booster pump #1. 5. A new motor for booster pump #1. 6. Associated control system modifications. 7. A chloring residual analyzer and sampling line. 8. A new main disconnect switch. 9. Connection of existing standby power generator and automatic transfer switch to new power distribution system. 10. Owner will provide programming of Telemetry/SCADA system.
