The project consists of the entire removal and replacement of all existing metal roof panels and roof insulation, flashings, gutters and downspouts on an existing 9,000 sf. Pre-Engineered Metal Building located in Burlington, WA. It also includes: new metal wall panels on a portion of the exterior walls; structural upgrades including the addition of additional roof purlins, bridging and other miscellaneous structural upgrades to accommodate the new roof panels; installation of new reznor heaters and a new RPBA installation. Sequencing and protection of the building and contents from moisture intrusion during construction will be the responsibility of the contractor.
