(Demolition 3200, 3400, 3500, 3600) Four Existing Buildings are to be completely removed from the Big Bend Community College Campus, with exception of the foundations and slab-on-grades (unless alternate or alternates are accepted). Works consists of, but is not limited to, removing in entirety all of the building, and properly disposing of demolition waste. Drawings provide information of building elements/materials that are to be removed, but it is the contractor’s responsibility to remove the entire structure of each building.
