Reroof to be a new single-ply membrane assembly with tapered insulation, fascia sheet metal and roof drains/downspouts. Demolition includes removal of the existing plumbing vents, rooftop exhaust fans and curbs, electrical conduit on the concrete roof deck, as well as the entire existing membrane roofing system, including all flashing/trim.
